The Golden Globes Awards is an annual ceremony created by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association to celebrate film and television. 

The ceremony took place last night in California with some of the biggest names on the big screen.

Other awards on the night went to:
 Damien Chazelle for Best Director & Best Screenplay for La La Land
Justin Hurwitz for Best Original Score for La La Land including Best Original Song 'City of Stars'. 

The Cecil B. DeMille Award was presented to Meryl Streep for her outstanding contributions for entertainment.
