Marvel's Ant-Man and the Wasp is out 2nd August in the UK. It's been 3 years for this sequel to be released. Oddly enough we've had to wait a little longer than other countries as well. Why? Well it seems that with the World Cup, Disney decided to delay the release of the Incredibles 2 in the UK. Ant-Man 2 was bumped back as a result. Let's hope it's worth a a big buzz... or will we be left with a sting?

Matt Groening's new series is coming as a Netflix Original on 17th August. You've definitely heard of The Simpsons! Watch out for the all new: Disenchantment. It has the same look as The Simpsons but it's supposedly very different. Abbi Jacobson (Broadcity) voices Bean the protagonist avoiding an arranged marriage. Noel Fielding is re-imagined as a softly spoken executioner; we'll definitely have to give it a watch!

So last month's pick was George Ezra. We've a different George this month. New music by Boy George and Culture Club was just released. It's been 20 years since their music was hitting charts. We all know 'Karma Chameleon.' What do you think of this upbeat positive reggae sound?

It's literally a "no brainer" that this will reach high in the charts before summer simmers down.
'No Brainer' by DJ Khaled, Justin Bieber, Quavo and Chance The Rapper. It's catchy, so you might as well check out their pseudo film-set music video with colourful backdrops for a toe-tapping tune!

FOOD / DRINK
As the Lady boys of Bangkok are in Edinburgh, we've found a couple of places you may like to try that are new to the city this year. The first, is a Brazilian rodizio-style (an authentic way of bringing cooked meats to the table) restaurant called: Fazenda. You can also find them in Leeds, Liverpool and Manchester. Our second choice is KIN. If you're near, go try KIN for ever evolving cocktails and the nibbles to compliment. It's popularity is sure to grow.

Right next to us in our Fountainbridge venue, is a Zizzi's Italian restaurant with a selection of pizzas, pasta, risotto, salads and deserts for you to treat yourself. Also, why not try Akva the Swedish Bar. The welcoming venue is right in the middle of the business district, perfect for parties and businesses to socially network IRL (in real life).

This next pick is just getting started. We all get a pit peckish at work and this maybe a bit of a gimmick but how do you know if you've not tried? Create a crisp is a new bag of crisp that are crinkle cut, reduced fat and unsalted. The fun bit is that you add your flavor from the seasoning sachets included. This might be a healthy alternative we can enjoy experimenting with.

Fans of the hit TV show Geordie Shore will be pleased to see the return of their favourite stars of the North tonight, for yet another series! It's the 5th time on the small screen for the 'toon army'  this time showcasing fun and frolics on their stag and hen adventures. There are debates and differing opinions when it comes to the exact history behind the circus, which is not a surprise when you take into account how long it has been around! First records of the Chinese circus - including carvings and mural paintings - date back more than 2,000 years to the Warring States period (475–221 BC), with evidence of performances developing further during the Qin and Han Dynasties (221 BC - 230 AD). Although it is believed that the art may have actually started around 3,000 years ago!
